Lockport Locks and Erie Canal Cruises is once again welcoming dogs and their people for a canal cruise on September 14, at 3pm.
The first ever Erie Canal cruise was held last September and was pronounced a rousing success.
“Our first canine canal cruise was one of the best behaved group of cruise passengers we have ever hosted,” said Mike Murphy, owner of Lockport Locks and Erie Canal Cruises.
Almost a million people have cruised with Murphy since he and his wife Sharon began the canal tour business in 1987.
Donations will be accepted for the Niagara SPCA. Reservations are required for the cruise. Visit www.lockportlocks.com for a reservation.
