HOW TO GET YOUR COPY OF WESTERN NEW YORK FAMILY EACH MONTH

EVERY ISSUE IS PACKED WITH GREAT INFO & RESOURCES!

If you prefer having a "hard copy" to read, rather than an electronic version, then you've arrived at the right page for the information you need.

We print 25,000 "hard copies" of WNY Family each month. You can pick up a FREE copy at any of over 450 locations in Erie and Niagara Counties including day care centers, public libraries, doctors' offices, many of our advertisers and all WEGMANS (on the racks where the newspapers are sold... but we're still FREE!). Note that quantities are limited and they go FAST! Plan to look for them a day or two before the 1st of any month... beyond the first week of the month, the free copies may have all disappeared. (Note that the public library and WEGMANS locations are re-stocked several times a month, so those are your best bets for finding a copy later in the month.)

BECOME A PAID SUBSCRIBER!
You can avoid the monthly "hunt" for a copy by becoming a PAID SUBSCRIBER — your copy will be mailed directly to your home each month.

We offer SINGLE COPY subscriptions as well as multiple copy PACKAGE subscriptions, perfect for day care centers, professional offices, schools, non-profit organizations, support groups, etc. Copies will arrive at your home, school or office via U.S. Postal Service.

To keep costs down for our paid subscribers we offer two single copy subscription options.

Option #1 - BULK-MAIL SUBSCRIPTION

Bulk rate mail subscriptions are mailed in time for you to receive them by the 1st of the month, although the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee a date of delivery for this type of cost-effective mail. Bulk rate delivery works well most of the time for Buffalo and its suburbs, but can be somewhat unreliable at holiday times or when mail volume is heavy. Additionally, if you move without notifying us of your address, this type of subscription will not be automatically forwarded to you by the U.S. Postal Service.

Option #2 - FIRST CLASS MAIL SUBSCRIPTION

First class mail subscriptions are mailed to you in an envelope the same day that the issue is delivered from the printer. You will receive it several days before bulk rate subscribers and before our general free copy distribution begins. If you want to get the jump on other parents to sign up for classes, buy tickets for events, etc., this is the print option for you! If you move, your first class subscription will be forwarded by the U.S. Postal Service according to their guidelines.

MULTIPLE COPY PACKAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS

For about 40 cents per month, per family, your school, daycare center, professional office, support group or non-profit organization can have guaranteed access to all the "good stuff" in WNY Family each month. Packages of 25 or 50 copies of WNY Family can be ordered to arrive at your door, in a sturdy box, via the U.S. Postal Service.

12-month option:

$195 - 25 copies per month for 1 year
$245 - 50 copies per month for 1 year

10-month option for schools or groups which follow the school calendar:

$162.50 - 25 copies per month for 10 months
$204.25 - 50 copies per month for 10 months

The costs listed for the 10-month option will be pro-rated downward for subscriptions ordered after the school year has started. Call our offices at 716-836-3486 ext. 104 to order. Purchase ordersor credit card phone orders are accepted on Multiple Copy Package Subscriptions.
